  1. Love Berry, love all the characters. Hoped Berry would get further in the row-boat before being hauled back. Didn’t want it to end so soon. Why is he on/in the grave? It’s his ghost telling the story – but who is the blue creature holding his hand (sweet)? he needs answers and adventures before he can be a ghost…

    1. Blue eared creature and smaller one too are Berry’s childhood friends (maybe invisible) -yes he’s talking from his grave remembering his life -regretting he did’nt find his mother or his teacher

Well – no- I hadn’t planned any more- when I was drawing/writing it- I was trying to see if I could have a character speak one story while revealing in the pictures something else – so the reader understood that the speaker had been naive / hood winked / misinterpreted what had happened to him – the speaker is misremembering his childhood and the reader can see what he had hoped for , what he had imagined , and how the other characters in his life had treated him…….
